Greetings Fellow Traveler's on the Path.
Power of the Month: UNDERSTANDING
The Power for the month of July is UNDERSTANDING.
This is represented by the disciple THOMAS.
The colour is GOLD and the position in the body is the FRONT BRAIN..
The dictionary reveals that the words WISDOM - UNDERSTANDING - KNOWLEDGE and INTELLIGENCE are closely related.
Spiritual teacher and way showers from the Ancient of Days have told us that there are two ways of getting understanding.
I can go on my own way and learn by trial and error - this is the hard way.
Or I can go within my body temple and listen for the wisdom of spirit. (Sometimes called the "still small voice.."
In my research for UNDERSTANDING, I realise that it has to be Perceived…Received…Accepted…then it must be DEMONSTRATED.
TO gain spiritual Understanding is to have the awareness of and demonstrate the Christ within and to live from this perspective of HEAD and HEART and to TAKE DOMINION using this power from the Christ Perspective…which has always been in us waiting to be acknowledged and waiting for us to release it's Presence.
I leave you with three quotes from the book of PROVERBS.
"With all thy getting, get Understanding" (Proverbs 4 : 7)
"A man of understanding has wisdom." (Proverbs 10 : 23)
"Understanding is a wellspring of life." (Proverbs 16 : 22."
